All returned items to Quick Metals Online must be in new unused condition and packaged in their original shipping containers. All items must be returned for full credit. A restocking charge may be applied to products that do not meet these requirements. By placing an order, you indicate that you have read and understand our return policy and shipping information.
Please note that custom cuts or personalized items cannot be returned due to their uniqueness to your specific requirements.
How to Return a Product
Please follow these instructions should you need to return a product to Quick Metals Online:
- Contact us at (xxx) xxx-xxxx to receive a RMA (Return Material Authorization Number). We’ll give you the return material address at that time. You must have an RMA number to process a return. Any returns without a RMA number are subject to refusal or restocking fees.
- Carefully repackage your product in the original shipping container, making sure to include all items and related paperwork.
- Return the product via any insured shipping provider. We recommend that you insure the return package as Quick Metals Online is not responsible for loss or damage of merchandise you are returning to us. We recommend you insure the package for the full product purchase price.
- Please remember to include your RMA number on the SHIPPING LABEL of the return package.
